The Whiz Communicator Launchpad is a self-paced communication development program that introduces students to the fundamentals of confident speaking, expression, and thinking through a wide range of guided activities and practical exercises.

Designed for learners aged 8 to 16, it systematically develops skills such as voice modulation, body language, reading and summarizing, extempore speaking, debates, presentations, and creative thinking.

AKANSHA JOSHI

Founder and Director - Education, KRIYA Whiz

As an educator, I realise the importance of academics for children. However, as a Personality Development and Communication Skills Coach, I believe that in today's age children need much more than just academic knowledge. They also need to develop essential skills and continuously hone them in order to climb the ladder of success.

With more than a decade of experience in teaching and training students, I can confidently say that communication skills can transform a child's personality. This is one of the most important twenty first century skills, helping children become independent thinkers and confident speakers. Communication and confidence go hand in hand, and when children learn to express themselves clearly, their overall personality develops significantly.

The Whiz Communicator Launchpad aims to address important aspects such as how to think, how to speak, and how to express thoughts and ideas with confidence. The course will help address the common & necessary aspects like how to think, how to speak & how to express our thoughts and ideas confidently, thus bringing a positive transformation in their Personality.

Having worked with multinationals like JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, UBS, Infosys, Cognizant, and Capgemini, and having served in leadership roles that required constant interaction with senior stakeholders and clients, I have personally experienced the importance of strong communication skills.
For many of us, the need to develop these skills becomes apparent only after we enter the workplace, often when we are already expected to communicate with clarity and confidence.
This usually leads to hesitation during important conversations, missed opportunities, and slower professional growth.
